Our journey began with a simple observation:
too many companies were getting it wrong. As co-founders, we had decades of experience managing and leading large teams and saw firsthand how crucial the right culture and environment are in running an effective Client Experience Center.
We knew there was a better way—a way that puts people first. We’ve built Optimize CEC around this belief, and it’s what drives us every day.
